Service Helpdesk Analyst
We are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst who will be responsible for the day to day logging/processing of calls from clients, escalation of faulty equipment to engineers, liaising with clients to build relationships, sourcing and costing part numbers, quoting and progressing purchase orders from the customer. You will also be responsible for tracking loan equipment and ensuring the database is up to date and all loan equipment is returned prior to closing a job.
The successful candidate will be efficient, hard working and highly motivated. Previous Coordinator experience would be beneficial.
This role will initially be based at our St Margarets office.
Project Manager
We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Project Manager to deliver AV projects. You will have support from and work closely with CAD technicians, system designers, programmers and project engineers.
You will be a well presented, highly organised and analytical, hands-on professional and a flexible team player. It is essential to have Project Management experience. AV knowledge will be an advantage but not essential as you will be managing every aspect of audio visual systems from pre-sales to sign-off.
The role will be based in our St. Margarets office and may have occasional nationwide and international travel based on our clients needs.
Field Service Engineer
We are always looking for an AV Field Service Engineer to provide preventative maintenance and reactive servicing of audio visual and videoconferencing systems for our corporate clients.
Clients are based in the city, but travel throughout the UK and Europe may be required.
As the ideal candidate, you will have an enthusiastic and organised approach to your work. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team as well as on your own.
You will be competent in at least two of the following:
- AMX programming and/or systems install knowledge
- Crestron programming and/or systems install knowledge
- Audio Conference equip - MultiMic system controllers such as Clearone or Vortex
- Video Conference equip - Polycom or Tandberg or Sony, - ISDN and IP based systems
- Plasmas, LCD projectors - Installation of, with RGBHV, Component Video, Composite & YC Video signals
- Some experience of System Wide fault finding, in customers premises, under time pressures and whilst meeting client expectations
- A good understanding of Control systems
- Audio environments, Audio and Video Signal systems
- General TV/Satellite RF and Video + Audio Installation & Maintenance
Ideally have be InfoComm CTS certification
Onsite Engineer
We are always on the lookout for Onsite Engineers to be based at various clients sites around London. The job will involve providing a full range of technical support on audio visual & video conferencing services.
