Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) is a global law firm, advising in all aspects of international commerce. HFW has around 300 lawyers operating from eight offices - London, Paris, Rouen, Brussels, Piraeus, Dubai, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Melbourne.

The Solution

HFW required a conceptual and contemporary solution for their new building - within the Lower ground and Ground floor. The space required Audio Visual solutions within 15 rooms, 3 of which would incorporate Video Conferencing technology. 90% of the rooms were required to be HD ready presentational devices with DVD capability. Rooms required lighting and black out blind control systems and a link to their fire alarm system (in order to shut down all AV in the event of a fire). Many of the rooms required the ability to open up allowing for additional attendees. 15% of the rooms were future-proofed to allow for additional works.
