AVM have been working for BP since 2001 and have nine onsite staff across 5 sites. Since working with BP, AVM have integrated systems into four major locations in Greater London, and also AVM have travelled to Azerbaijan, Angola, Algeria and Georgia to provide AV/VC solutions.
Audio Visual Machines support the Emergency Response Centres for BP Shipping, BP Marine, BP Oil and BP International and are also about to start a VC-over-IP Pilot for BP Worldwide.
BP Global now depends on Polycom's Global Management System (GMS) for the monitoring, management and reporting of Videoconferencing units and usage. It is essential that the AVM Support team are fully trained on GMS history, installation process, and how it's supported in BP and by Polycom.
